Exhaust Gas Recirculation System (EGR), Removing and Installing

1. Intake manifold
2. 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)
3. Connecting pipe
- When installing, lightly tighten all bolts (parts must be just free to move within one another), then tighten stress free
4. Intake manifold
5. 10 Nm (7 ft. lbs.)
6. Exhaust manifold
7. 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)
8. Connecting pipe
- When installing, lightly tighten all bolts (parts must be just free to move within one another), then tighten stress free
9. from cylinder head
10. to heat exchanger
11. Gasket
- Replace
12. EGR Vacuum Regulator Solenoid valve
