If sealing ring is leaking nip open and replace.

19. Oil seal
Replacing Service and Repair
If a PTFE (teflon) seal was used, it must be replaced only with another PTFE seal
Install PTFE seals without oil or grease Service and Repair

Secure before removing, refer to Removing Toothed Belt Procedures
