Hydraulic Hose, Removing And Installing

Removing

CAUTION:
- Hydraulic system is sensitive to any ingress of dirt.
- As soon as system is opened, corresponding components must be covered so that no dirt can enter hydraulic system.

- Remove left luggage compartment trim.
- Loosen toggle bolt on hydraulic pump so that any present residual pressure can vent from system.
- Expose hydraulic hoses and unclip from trim panel - arrows - (only hoses for right hydraulic cylinder).







- Remove hose connections on hydraulic pump (Torx bolt 7 Nm) and on hydraulic cylinder (union nut 15 Nm).

Installing

NOTE:
- Check for damage and proper fitting of O-rings when installing hydraulic lines.
- After installing hydraulic lines, toggle bolt on pump must be tightened and hydraulic system must be filled and bled.
