May be caused by a broken selector shaft locking bolt.

New selector shaft locking bolt installed as of transmission build date 26087 (see below).





Code letters and date of manufacture (arrow).

Service

If transmission build date is before 26087:





- Remove and inspect selector shaft locking bolt -arrow-.

If broken, remove all pieces and install new locking bolt Part No: 020 301 241H.
