Front Bumper, Removing and Installing






1 - Hex-head screw (four)
10 Nm (7 ft lb)

2 - Carrier

3 - Plastic foam

4 - Plastic insulator

5 - Guide
Remove or install cover -8- by pulling out of or pushing into both guides (left and right) in parallel.

6 - Front side marker light -M11-

7 - Spreader rivet
Connects cover to wheel housing liner.

8 - Cover
Material: PPIEPDM

23-25 Nm (17-18 ft lb)

10 - Hex-head screw

30 Nm (22 ft lb)

Removing and installing, cover

Remove radiator grille and spreader clips.
Remove (eight) hex-head screws.
Disconnect air guides from bumper cover.
Disconnect harness connectors.
Push down on left and right retainers (arrow) with screwdriver and pull bumper cover out of side guides, keeping cover parallel.
