VAG 1551 scan tool with VAG 1551/3B cable

- Connect VAG 1551 scan tool. Refer to "Selectable Functions When Using VAG 1551", under "Restraint Systems", Scan Tool Connecting and Initial Checks
- Initiate On Board Diagnostic (OBD). On Board Diagnostic (OBD), Initiating Program

The measured values in the functions "Read Measuring Value Block" and "Basic Setting" are described during the individual component test. This table serves only as an overview.

The measuring value block is divided into 15 display group numbers. The assignment of the individual display fields can be found in the display group overview.
