Front Seat Belts With Belt Tensioners, Assembly Overview > 09.00


CAUTION!
Before starting any body disassembly, straightening or any other body repair work, the belt tensioner units must be removed.







1 - Belt height adjustment
- To remove the height adjustment, remove B-Pillar trim beforehand
2 - D-ring
3 - Belt guide
- Fastened with 2 Phillips head screws
- Tightening torque: 1.5 Nm
4 - Seat belt with belt tensioner
- To remove, take out lower B-pillar trim beforehand and remove sill panel
- Retaining tab determines the position of belt retractor
- By loosening the belt retractor bolt - 6 - belt tensioner is secured, and in reverse it is functional again
5 - Buckle front
6 - Hex head bolt
- 40 Nm
