ATF Lines - Without Air Conditioning

ATF lines, removing and installing
^ Thoroughly clean connections and immediate vicinity before loosening.
^ Insert ATF lines completely by hand onto stop in transmission or cooler and then screw on.
^ After replacing ATF lines, check and fill ATF level, if necessary.


Four-cylinder gas engine without air conditioning system





1. Bolt
^ 5 Nm (44 inch lbs.)
^ Insert lines completely first and then tighten
2. O-ring
^ Coat with ATF
^ Always replace
3. Nut
^ 30 Nm (22 ft. lbs.)
4. Bolt
^ 25 Nm (18 ft. lbs.)
5. Bolt
^ 10 Nm (7 ft. lbs.)
6. Bracket
7. Bolt
^ 20 Nm (15 ft. lbs.)
^ Insert lines completely first, then tighten
8. O-ring
^ Coat with ATF
^ Always replace
