Headlight Securing Lugs, Servicing


NOTE: If headlight lower securing lugs break due to application of excessive force, it may still be possible to service headlight in a cost effective manner (though headlight housing must not be damaged).


- Remove headlight.
- Sand headlight tab socket breakage point smooth.







- Slide replacement part securing tab onto headlight tab -arrow-







- Drive locking pin in carefully with small hammer.

- Install headlight.
- Check headlight aim.
