Headlight upper securing lugs, servicing

Note: If headlight upper securing tabs break off application of excessive force, it may still be possible to service headlight in a cost-effective manner (though the headlight housing must not be damaged).

- Remove headlight

- Sand headlight tab socket breakage point smooth.





- Place replacement securing tab -2- on secur tab socket -3- and fasten using screw -1-.

- Install headlight.

- Check headlight positioning and adjust if necessary.
