- Resistance at ambient temperature (approx. 25 degree C):
Specification: 7 to 12 Ohm

7 Intake manifold - upper section
8 Throttle valve control module -J338-*
- 5-pin connector
- If replaced match engine control module
- If replaced adapt control module for automatic transmission:
9 Connector, 28 pin
- Only disconnect or connect with ignition switched off
- Release to disconnect

12 Motronic Engine Control Module (ECM) -J220-*
- Installed location: In plenum chamber
- Checking voltage supply
- Procedure after voltage supply open circuit

- Only disconnect or connect with ignition switched off

- Checking Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) for Oxygen sensor after catalytic converter

- For Oxygen Sensor (O2S) Behind Three Way Catalytic Converter (TWC) -G130- and Oxygen Sensor (O2S) Heater 1 -Z29-
- Installed location, engine compartment overview
28 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) before catalytic converter -G39-*, 50 Nm
- Location: In front exhaust pipe
- Grease only the threads with G 052 112 A3; G 052 112 A3 must not get into the slots on the probe body
- Checking Oxygen sensor and Oxygen sensor control before catalytic converter
- Checking Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) before catalytic converter

- Black for Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) -G39- and Oxygen Sensor (O2S) Heater -Z19-
- Installed location, engine compartment overview
