Front Seat Height Adjuster, Removing and Installing



Front seat - assembly overview





NOTE: Left seat illustrated and right seat is a mirror image.

Removing

NOTE:
Seat must be raised to highest position to relief tension on spring -16- as much as possible before removal.

- Remove seat.
- Remove screw -2- and unclip trim -1-.
- Unclip two cover caps -11-, remove two screws -12- and remove adjusting lever -13-.
- Remove screw -17- and unclip trim -14-.





- Unhook spring -2- carefully.
- Remove bolts -arrows- and pull seat height adjuster -1- out from seat frame.

Installing
Install in reverse order of removal.

NOTE: Tightening torque for bolts -arrows- is 10 Nm (7 ft lb).
