Intake Manifold Upper Section:

1 - Intake manifold upper section
2 - 6 Nm (53 in.lb)
3 - Rubber bushing
- For engine cover
4 - From fuel pressure regulator
5 - From Leak Detection Pump (LDP) -V144-
- EVAP system
6 - Support bracket
- For accelerator pedal cable
- Adjusting accelerator pedal cable
7 - 10 Nm (7 ft lb)
8 - From Evaporative Emissions (EVAP) canister purge regulator valve -N80-
- Servicing EVAP system
9 - Connecting pipe
10 - To brake servo vacuum pipe
11 - Gasket
- Always replace
12 - To intake hose
13 - Connections for coolant hoses
14 - Throttle valve control module -J338-*
- Checking. Refer to "Throttle Valve Control Module, Check" under "Powertrain Management/Computers and Control Systems/Electronic Throttle Control Module" Testing and Inspection
- If replaced, carry out adaptation of Engine Control Module (ECM). Refer to "Engine Control Module to Throttle Valve Control Module, Adaptation" under "Powertrain Management/Computers and Control Systems/Electronic Throttle Control Module" Testing and Inspection
- Harness connector terminals are gold plated
