Seat Belt Latch: Locations

Rear Seat Belt, Assembly Overview







1 - Belt inertia reel
- Retaining lugs determine position of belt reel
- Removing:
- Pull up seat bottom and fold forward.
- Release rear seat backrest and fold forward.
- Remove support for luggage compartment cover and release luggage compartment trim in area of belt inertia reel.
- Remove belt inertia reel -1- belt relay -8- and lower mount -10-.
2 - Bolt
- 40 Nm (30 ft lb)
3 - Sound deadener
- On belt inertia reel
4 - Belt height adjuster
- To remove height adjustment mechanism, C-pillar upper trim must first be removed
5 - Socket head screw
- 23 Nm (17 ft lb)
6 - Cover cap of belt relay
7 - Bolt
- 40 Nm (30 ft lb)
8 - Belt relay
9 - Belt latch
10 - Lower mount
11 - Bolt
- 40 Nm (30 ft lb)
