Crash Fuel Disengagement

Function
Vehicles with airbag from model year 2000 have crash-fuel disengagement. This system reduces the danger of fuel leakage after a crash by switching off the fuel pump with the fuel pump relay. Also, the system causes the fuel pump to turn on for 2 seconds when the door is opened, and with it the fuel pressure comes up in the fuel system.
