Installation Instructions

WARNING: Window must be installed within 10 minutes, otherwise adhesive properties of sealant will be impaired.





- Apply adhesive material (continuous head) to pre-coating -1- applicator at right angle to window.

- With help of two double suction cups (VAC 1344) install glass in window opening, center and press in onto spacing lip.
- Position side glass, from front and rear glass from top with protruding sealing lip.

- Secure windshield curing curing time with windshield/window adjusters (443 845 631 A).
- Replace stickers (e.g. for airbag).
- Secure rear window glass in position with adhesive tape during the curing process.
- Remove excess adhesive from glass.
