- Press release button in headrest and pull headrest out of backrest.
- Pry molding seal - 4 - out of mount - 5 -.
- Turn back cover - 3 - and remove from headrest.
- Remove cushion - 2 - from support - 1 -.

Installing
Installation is the reverse order of removal.
