Hood: Service and Repair

Assembly Overview







1 - Hood
Removing
- Disconnect hoses for windshield washer system and remove washer nozzles.
- Remove gas-filled strut at lid.
- Unclip hinge cover and remove from hinge.
- Remove bolts and remove lid.

2 - Stopper
- By threading out and in, lid can be adjusted in height to fenders.

3 - Gas-filled strut
- Venting gas

4 - Spacing device
5 - Guide piece
6 - Plenum chamber seal
- Inserted on flange

7 - Clip
8 - Hose/spray jet
9 - CW sealing piece
10 - Bolt
- 23 Nm

11 - Hinge
12 - Hinge cover
- Clipped
- Pull off at right angle
