Exhaust Manifold: Service and Repair

1. Oxygen
- Sensor (02S) 2 Behind Three Way Catalytic Converter - G131-*, 50 Nm
- Cylinder bank 2
- Grease only the threads with "G5"; "G5" must not get into the slots on the sensor body
2. 4-pin connector
- Brown
- Secured to bulkhead
- For Oxygen Sensor (02S) 2 Behind Three Way Catalytic Converter G1 31 -and Heated Oxygen Sensor 02S) -Z30-, cyl. bank 2
3. To front muffler
4. Front left exhaust pipe "/catalyst
5. Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) 2 G108*, 50 Nm
- Grease only the threads with G511; G511 must not get into the slots on the sensor body
6. 4-pin connector
- Black
- Secured to bulkhead
- For Heated Oxygen Sensor (H02S) 2 -G108-* and Oxygen Sensor (02S) Heater -Z28-, bank 2
7. 25 Nm
8. Cover cap, 10 Nm
9. Connection
10. Upper heat shield
11. 25 Nm
12. Lower heat shield
13. Left exhaust manifold
14. Right exhaust manifold
15. Heated Oxygen Sensor (H02S) G39-, 50 Nm
- Grease only the threads with "G 5"; "G5" must not get into the slots on the sensor body
16. Front right exhaust pipe with catalyst
17. 4-pin - connector
- Green
- Secured to bulkhead
- For Oxygen Sensor (02S) Behind Three Way Catalytic Converter (TWO) (G 1 30) and Oxygen Sensor (02S) Heater -Z29-, bank 1
18. For - Oxygen Sensor (02S)
- Behind Three Way Catalytic Converter (TWO) - G130- 50 Nm
- Grease only the threads with "G5"; "G5" must not get into the slots on the sensor body
19. Gasket
- Always replace
