^ If seal is leaking, cut open seal and replace seal
3- Spring
^ For positive pressure valve, approximately 4 bar

^ For positive pressure valve, approximately 4 bar

^ Always replace
6- Seal
^ Slide on up to collar of tube -item 7
7- Line
8- Retaining clip
9- Locking screw, 15 Nm
10- Seal
^ If seal is leaking, cut open seal and replace seal
11- 20 Nm
12- Lower coolant pipe
13- Oil supply line
^ To turbocharger
14- Banjo fitting, 30 Nm
15- Gasket
^ Always replace
16- 1.4 bar oil pressure switch (F1), 25 Nm
^ Checking, Refer to Engine Oil Pressure.
17- Seal
^ If seal is leaking, cut open seal and replace seal
18- 15 Nm + 1/4 turns (90°) turn
^ Always replace
19- Gasket
^ Always replace
^ Snap into grooves on oil cooler
20- Oil filter housing
^ Remove with tension strap
^ Tighten by hand
^ Follow installation notes found on oil filter
21- 25 Nm
22- Oil cooler
^ ensure sufficient clearance to surrounding components
^ Observe note, Refer to Overview.
^ Coat contact surfaces to oil filter bracket outside seal with AMV 188 100 02.
23- Oil filter bracket
^ With positive pressure valve, approximately 4 bar
^ With pressed in check valve
