Clutch Hydraulic System: Service and Repair

Hydraulic components, assembly overview





1- Brake fluid reservoir
2- Supply hose
3- Clutch master cylinder
4- Clip
- Fully remove retaining clip to remove and install pipe/hose assembly
5- Bearing bracket
- Only replace with clutch master cylinder removed
- Remove, Refer to Fig. 1
- Install, Refer to Fig. 2
6- Clutch pedal
7- Hex nut, self- locking 25 Nm
- Always replace
8- O-ring
- Connect in cable connection
- Use with brake fluid
9- Pipe/hose assembly
- Check Parts Supplier for application
10- Support
- Fixed onto body support
- For pipe/hose assembly
11- Support
- Fixed to clutch/gear cylinder
12- 20 Nm
13- Clip
- Fully remove retaining clip to remove and install pipe/hose assembly
14- Protective cap
15- Bleeder valve
- Bleeding clutch system, Refer to Clutch fluid, Service and Repair
16- Clutch master cylinder
17- Transmission
