Steering Column: Application and ID
Steering column, identification
For vehicles from my 02.2000, a new steering column manufactured by Krupp Presta is installed in left-hand drive vehicles. Steering column from Nacam is not installed any more.
The reach height and adjustment functions are the same for both steering columns.
Both variants are supplied as replacement parts.
When replacing a steering column, always use one from the same manufacturer as the original.
Before removing the steering column, be sure to identify which one was originally installed in the vehicle.
