1 Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor -G70-* with Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor (G42)*
- Terminals of sensor and connector are gold-plated
- Check Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor
- Check Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor
2 Seal
- Replace if damaged
3 Air filter, upper portion
4 from upper part of intake manifold
5 from cylinder head cover
- For crankcase ventilation
6 Vacuum hose
- to upper part of intake manifold
7 Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) heating element -N79-
- For crankcase ventilation
- Check voltage supply for PCV heating element between terminals 1 and 2 with engine running: Specified value: at least 11.5 V
8 Intake hose
- Check for secure fitting
- Note installed position
9 Resonator
10 Spring clip
11 To air pipe for air cleaned fuel injectors
12 6 Nm
13 Air duct
- Clipped into upper part of air filter
14 Filter element
15 10 Nm
16 Air duct
- secured to front wheelhouse
17 Seal
18 Air filter, lower portion
19 Intake hose
- Check for secure fitting
- To disengage, squeeze together at front
- to Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Motor -V101-.
