1. Oil supply line
^ From fuel filter, Refer to Item - 6 -
^ Fill connection with engine oil before connecting oil supply line
2. Union nut
^ Tightening torque, Refer to Item - 2 -
3. 22 Nm
4. Union 30 Nm
^ Replace
^ Coat threads and bolt head seating surface with G 052 112 A3
^ Fill connection with engine oil before connecting oil supply line
5. Bolt
^ Tightening torque Item - 6 -
6. Banjo bolt
^ Tightening torque Item - 4 -
7. Seal
^ Replace
8. Intake manifold
9. Seal
^ Replace
^ Note installed position
10. Washer
11. 25 Nm
^ Replace
12. Support
^ Between turbocharger and cylinder block
13. 40 Nm
^ First hand-tighten all bolts
14. Connecting pipe
^ Air cleaner exhaust turbocharger.
15. Transition piece
16. Turbocharger
^ Can only be replaced with exhaust manifold
^ To remove exhaust turbocharger disconnect right axle shaft at transmission:
17. Seal
^ Replace
18. Union 40 Nm
19. Oil return line
^ To cylinder block
20. 17 Nm
21. Connector
^ Turbocharger (TC) vane position sensor -G500-
22. Vacuum hose
^ To Wastegate bypass regulator valve -N75-.
^ Vacuum hose connection diagram, Refer to Turbo Charger, Diagram,Vacuum and Vapor Hose
23. 20 Nm
^ First hand-tighten all bolts
24. 20 Nm
^ Replace
25. Heat shield
26. Front exhaust pipe
27. Bracket
^ For oil supply line, Refer to Item - 1 -
^ Before installing secure oil supply line

^ Replace
