Turbocharger with attachments, removing and installing

Observe rules for cleanliness .

Note:
^ All hose connections secured by clips.
^ The charge air system must be free of leaks.
^ Do not install hose connections with lubricant containing oil.
^ For assembly use lubricating agent (water without additive) if necessary. Do not use lubricating agents containing oil.
^ When repairing remove oil from connections and hose ends.
^ Before connecting oil supply line fill turbocharger at connection with engine oil.
^ After installing turbocharger run engine for approximately I minute at idling speed, do not rev engine. This ensures that the turbocharger is adequately lubricated.
^ Replace self-locking nuts.
