^ Mark direction of rotation before removing
^ Check for wear
^ Do not kink
3. 20 Nm + 1/8 turn (45°) further
4. Tensioning roller

7. Camshaft pulley

9. 10 Nm
^ Replace
10. Rear toothed belt guard
11. Sealing grommet
^ Replace if damaged

15. 120 Nm + 1/4 turn (90°) further
^ Replace
^ Use counterhold 3099 to loosen and tighten
^ Do not additionally oil or grease threads and shoulder
^ Turning further can be done in several stages.

19. Belt pulley/vibration damper
^ Can only be installed in one position. Holes are off-set.

^ Mark direction of rotation before removing
^ Check for wear
^ Do not kink

3. Belt pulley/vibration damper
^ Can only be installed in one position. Holes are off-set.

5. Tensioning element for poly V-belt
6. Generator
7. Compact bracket
^ For Generator, power steering pump and air conditioning compressor
8. 45 Nm
^ Refer to tightening sequence, for compact bracket to cylinder block.
9. Banjo bolt, 30 Nm
10. Seal
^ Replace
11. Pressure line
12. Power steering pump
13. Belt pulley
^ For power steering pump
