- T10020 Two hole pin wrench

- T10004 Two hole pin wrench
- Angled retainer (arrow) must locate in cut-out on cylinder head.
Requirements
- Engine must only be hand touch warm.
Work sequence
- Position engine at TDC for cylinder No. 1
Engines: AEG, APK, AQY, AVH, AZG, BEJ, BER, BEV, BHP
- With forceful thumb pressure, depress toothed belt. The indicator -2 must move.
Engine: BBW
- With forceful thumb pressure, depress toothed belt. The indicator -2 must move.
Continue for all engines
- Release thumb pressure on toothed belt and turn crankshaft two turns in engine direction of rotation until engine is again at TDC No.1 cylinder. It is essential that last 45° (1/4 turn) is performed without stopping.
Tensioning roller must return to its original position. (Notch -1- and indicator -2- are again aligned).
Note: Use a mirror when checking.
