1. Connector
- Black, 2-pin
- For Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) heating element -N79-
- Check heater element voltage supply between contacts 1 and 2 with engine running, Specification: min. 11.5 V
2. Intake hose
- With Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) heating element -N79-
3. Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor -G70- with Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor -G42-
- Sensor and connector contacts are gold plated
4. 5-pin Connector
- Black
- Contacts gold plated
5. Seal
- Replace if damaged
6. Air cleaner upper part
7. Air duct
- Clipped into air cleaner upper part
8. 6 Nm
9. Filter element
10. Air cleaner lower part
11. Air duct
12. 10 Nm
13. O-ring
- Replace if damaged
14. Intake hose
- Check if seated securely
- Press together at front to release
- To Secondary Air Injection (AIR) pump motor -V101-.
15. Connecting hose
- Engine codes AEG, AVH, AZG
- To air line for air shroud injectors
16. Connecting hose
- Engine code BBW
17. Connecting hose
- For crankcase breather
- To cylinder head breather housing
- Engine: BBW: Do not separate from intake hose item -2-
18. Connecting hose
- To connecting pipe on intake manifold upper part
19. To Throttle valve control module -J338-
