Note:
^ Always replace cylinder head bolts

Stage I 40 Nm
Stage II 60 Nm
Stage III 1/4 turn (90°)
Stage IV 1/4 turn (90°)

Note:
^ It is not necessary to retighten cylinder head bolts after completing the repairs





Camshaft Bearings
Install bearing shell 2 and 4 and tighten new bolts alternately and diagonally to: 8 Nm plus an additional 1/4 turn (90°)
Install bearing caps 5, 1 and 3 and also tighten new screws to: 8 Nm plus an additional 1/4 turn (90°)
