Selector lever handle, removing and installing

Removing
- Move selector lever to position "R".





- Slide sleeve -1- downward.
- Pull button -2- out of handle -4- onto limit stop (arrow).
- Secure button against springing back with, for example, a wire pin -3-.
- Pull handle off selector lever.

Installing
- Move selector lever to position "R".





- Pull button -2- out of handle -4- onto limit stop (arrow).
- Secure button against springing back with, for example, a wire pin -3-.
- Installation position: Button toward driver.
- Push handle onto selector lever onto limit stop.
- Remove wire pin.
- Press button to lock pull lever -5- into pull rod -6-.
- Button must now spring back onto limit stop.
- Slide sleeve -1-, in a twisting motion, upward until lug in sleeve perceptibly engages into slot in handle -4-.
- Move selector lever to position "P".
