Cylinder head, removing and installing:


NOTE:
- Cylinder bank 1 is located on right side in direction of travel.
- Cylinder bank 2 is located on left side in direction of travel.







1 Double bearing cap
2 10 Nm
3 Exhaust camshaft bearing cap
4 Exhaust camshaft
5 Cap
- Always replace
6 Intake camshaft bearing cap
7 Intake camshaft
8 Drive chain
- Mark direction of travel (installation position) before removing
9 Camshaft adjuster
- Check valves for camshaft adjustment
10 10 Nm
11 Valve for camshaft adjustment
- only together with camshaft adjuster item 9 , replacing

Cylinder bank 1:
- Valve -1- for camshaft adjustment -N205-*

Cylinder bank 2:
- Valve -2- for camshaft adjustment -N208-*

12 Gasket
- Rubber/metal seal
- Always replace
13 Gasket
- Always replace
14 Cylinder head.
