System Overview

General Information

The anti-theft alarm system registers an audible alarm and activates the emergency flashers whenever unauthorized interference with the vehicle is detected. The system is activated automatically in conjunction with locking vehicle using radio remote control or using key in driver's door. Monitoring of doors, front hood and rear lid will commence as long as they are completely closed.

When activated (locked vehicle), alarm sounds when:
Mechanical unlocking of the doors or rear lid without using radio remote control or key in driver's door, followed by:
- opening of any door,
- opening of front hood,
- opening of rear lid, or
- switching on ignition.
