NOTE:
- Charge air system must be properly sealed.
- Replace self-locking nuts.
- Charge Seal Installers and their connections must be free of oil and grease before reinstallation.
- Do not install hose connections with lubricant, use only water if necessary.
- Note installation marks on hoses and components.
- Hose connections must be secured with clamps Original parts distributor.







- Spring Type Clip Pliers VAS 5024 A or Hose Clamps up to 40 mm pliers V.A.G 1921 are recommended for installing spring clamps.

WARNING: Observe the following for all installations, especially in engine compartment due to lack of room:
- Route lines of all types (e.g. for fuel, hydraulic, EVAP canister system, coolant and refrigerant, brake fluid, vacuum) and electrical wiring so that the original path is followed.
- Watch for sufficient clearance to all moving or hot components.


NOTE:
- All hose connections are secured with clamps.
- Charge air system must be properly sealed.
- Always replace self-locking nuts.
- Charge pressure hoses and their connections must be free of grease before re-installation.
- Components marked with * are tested via On Board Diagnostic (OBD). Diagnostic mode 3: Check DTC memory.
