1. Oil pump
^ Replace if running surfaces and gears are scored
^ Removing and installing, Refer to Oil Pan, Service and Repair
2. Chain sprocket
3. 20 Nm - 1/4 turn (90°) further
4. Seal
^ Replace
5. Banjo bolt, 20 Nm
6. 8 Nm
7. Oil line
^ From main oil passage to control element of piston for pressure regulating valve, item 12
^ From main oil passage to control element of piston for pressure regulating valve, item 12
8. To upper sump
9. 20 Nm
10. Sealing plug, 40 Nm
^ For pressure regulating valve, approximately 4 bar
11. Spring
^ For pressure regulating valve, approximately 4 bar
12. Piston
^ For pressure regulating valve, approximately 4 bar
13. 8 Nm
14. Suction line
^ Clean strainer if soiled
15. O-ring
^ Replace
^ Oil before assembling
16. Gears
^ Checking backlash
^ Checking axial clearance
17. Cover
18. 8 Nm
19. Drive gear

Note: To prevent malfunctions, press toothed gears into housing during measurement.
