• Always replace seals and O-rings.





1 20 Nm + 1/4 turn (90°)

• Replace.

2 Lock nut, 30 Nm

3 Adjustment screw

• Replace with each separation from ball pin.

4 Rocker arm axle

• With rocker arm.

• Removing and installing, refer to --> [ Pump Injector Unit ] Pump Injector Unit.

5 Tension block

6 12 Nm + 3/4 turn (270°)

• Replace.

7 Pump injector unit

• Removing and installing, refer to --> [ Pump Injector Unit ] Pump Injector Unit.

• Replace ball pins when separating from adjusting screw.

8 O-ring

• Replacing, refer to --> [ Pump injector Unit O-rings ] Pump injector Unit O-rings.

9 Heat protection seal

• Replace
