Tire Mounting

Note information on tire mounting, refer to --> [ Tires, Mounting ] Procedures.

- Release air from the tire before removing, remove valve core to do so.

- Be sure that contact between the tire and tire pressure sensor is avoided during work sequence.

- When cleaning the wheel, the tire pressure sensor must not come in contact with the water and must not be blown on with compressed air.

Tire, Pressing Off

- Press off tire on inside and outside opposite to the metal valve.

Tire, Removing

- Turn wheel on tire mounting device so that valve/tire pressure sensor is in front of mounting head.

- Remove tire.

Tire, Mounting

- Turn wheel on tire mounting device so that valve/tire pressure sensor is opposite to mounting head.

- Mount tire, inflate to tire pressure specification and balance wheel.

- Install wheel and tire. Refer to --> [ Wheel Bolts, Tightening Specification ] .
