1 Coolant thermostat housing

2 Coolant pump

• Check for ease of movement

• Removing and installing --> [ Coolant Pump and Thermostat ] Service and Repair

3 Upper coolant hose

4 To radiator

5 Lower coolant hose

6 Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor (on Radiator) (G83)

• If necessary release pressure in cooling system before removing

7 Retaining clip

• Check for secure seat

8 O-ring

• Replace if damaged

9 To lower radiator

10 Connection

• Secured to radiator with a quick coupling

• Ensure seated tightly

11 Coolant pump (V36)

• Checking --> [ Coolant Pump, Checking ] Testing and Inspection

• Component location of pump: Fastened to right longitudinal member.

12 Bracket

13 23 Nm

14 Non-return valve

• Note installation position

• Arrow points toward engine
