Air Filter, Disassembling And Assembling
NOTE:
- Cylinder bank 1 is located on right side in direction of travel.
- Cylinder bank 2 is located on left side in direction of travel.
Air Cleaner:
1 Intake hose
- For cylinder bank 1
2 Spring clip
3 Intake hose
- For cylinder bank 1 and 2
4 Intake hose
- For cylinder bank 2
5 6 Nm
6 Mass Air Flow (MAF) Sensor 2 -G246-*
- For cylinder bank 2
- 5-pin connector
- Terminals of sensor and connector are gold-plated
7 Seal
- Replace if damaged
8 Upper part of air filter
- For cylinder bank 2
9 Filter element
10 10 Nm
11 Lower part of air filter
- For cylinder bank 2
12 Rubber bushing
- Connected at long member
13 Air guide
- For cylinder bank 1 and 2
- Clipped in to lower part of air filter and secured to lock carrier

Procedure
- Pry off green seal -1- from connecting piece -3- of intake air duct -B- using a screwdriver -C-.
- Press safety sleeve -2- in -direction of arrow- and remove intake air duct -B- from connection sleeve -A- of upper part of air filter.
