Special tools and equipment required

3155 Ring nut spanner:

VAG 1332 Torque wrench or equivalent:

- Tighten bearing body with 3155 to 150 Nm up to stop and secure.
- Tighten adjusting ring to 50 Nm and mark.
- Turn adjusting ring on by five locking tabs and secure so that preload of tapered roller bearings is set.
