1. Gasket
- Always replace
2. Combination valve
3. To T-piece at vacuum reservoir on cylinder head cover
4. Secondary Air Injection (AIR) solenoid valve -N112-*
- Secured to cylinder head cover
5. Connector
- 2-pin
6. O-ring
- Always replace
7. Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Relay -J299-*
- Component location:, see below Fig. 1.
8. Pressure hose
- Check for secure seating
- To disengage, squeeze together at front
9. 10 Nm
10. Bracket
11. Retaining clip
12. Intake hose
- Check for secure seating
- To disengage, squeeze together at front
- From upper air filter housing.
13. Secondary Air Injection (AIR) pump motor -V101-*
14. Bracket
- For Secondary Air Injection (AIR) pump motor
- Secured at intake manifold
15. 25 Nm
16. Intake manifold
17. Cylinder head
18. 10 Nm

NOTE:
- Do not use metallic tools to pry off relays from relay carrier. The terminals could conduct electricity.
- Check activation of Secondary Air Injection (AIR) Pump Relay -J299-.
