1. Connector
- 4-pin.
2. Ignition coil with output stage (-N70-, -N127-, -N291-, -N292-)
- Part - A -:
- Tighten securing bolts to 10 Nm
- Part - B-
- Removing and installing with ignition coil puller T40039
3. Oil seal
- Replace if damaged
4. Spark plug, 30 Nm
- Remove and install with spark plug removal tool 3122 B
- Type and electrode gap.
5. Connector
- Contacts are gold plated
- Part - A -:
- 3-pin
- brown for Knock Sensor (KS) 1 -G61- and black for Knock Sensor (KS) 2 -G66-
- Part - B-:
- 2-pin.
- black for Knock Sensor (KS) 1 -G61- and 2 for Knock Sensor (KS) -G66-
6. 20 Nm
- Tightening torque influences function of knock sensor
7. Knock Sensor (KS) 1 -G61-
- Sensor and connector contacts are gold plated
- Contact surfaces of knock sensor and cylinder block must be clean and free of oil
8. Knock Sensor (KS) 2 -G66-
- Sensor and connector contacts are gold plated
- Contact surfaces of knock sensor and cylinder block must be clean and free of oil
9. Connector
- 3-pin
- For Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor -G40-
10. 10 Nm
11. Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor -G40-
12. 25 Nm
13. Washer
14. Trim
- For Camshaft Position (CMP) sensor -G40-
- When installing note securing arrangement
15. Ground wire
- Loosen or tighten when ignition is switched off
16. 10 Nm
- Loosen or tighten when ignition is switched off
