1. Bolt
2. Oil supply pipe
- Check oil supply line for continuity before installing
3. Banjo bolt
4. Oil seal
5. Variable intake manifold
- Servicing
6. Gasket
- Note installed position
7. 22 Nm
8. Plain washer
9. 25 Nm
- Oil threaded studs with G 052 112 A3
10. Support
11. 40 Nm
- Hand-tighten all bolts first
12. Turbocharger
- Can only be replaced complete with exhaust manifold
- To remove turbocharger take off right side axle shaft at transmission.
- Allow engine to run for approx. 1 minute at idling speed after installing turbocharger to ensure that oil is supplied. Do not rev engine immediately.

- Air filter/turbocharger
15. Transition piece
16. Pipe union, 40 Nm
- To cylinder block
17. Union nut, 30 Nm
18. Oil return pipe
19. 17 Nm
20. Connector
- For Turbocharger vane position sensor -G500-
21. Vacuum hose
- To Wastegate bypass regulator valve -N75-
- Vacuum hose connection diagram
22. 20 Nm
- Hand-tighten all bolts first
23. 20 Nm
24. Heat shield
25. Front exhaust pipe
26. 22 Nm
- Oil threaded studs with G 052 112 A3
27. Connecting pipe
- First secure nuts/bolts loosely and then tighten
28. Pipe union, 30 Nm
- Oil threads and contact surfaces with G 052 112 A3
29. Connecting pipe
- First secure bolts loosely and then tighten
