1 - 90 Nm plus 1/4 turn (90°)
^ Replace
^ Threads and shoulder must be free of oil and grease
^ Use counterhold 3415 to loosen and tighten

2 - Crankshaft toothed belt pulley

3 - 15 Nm

4 - Seal
^ For crankshaft - belt pulley end

5 - Sealing flange - belt pulley end
^ Must be located on dowel sleeves
^ Remove oil pan in order to remove and install

6 - Cylinder block

7 - 60 Nm plus 1/4 turn (90°)
^ Replace

8 - Flywheel/drive plate
^ To remove and install flywheel counterhold with 3067

9 - Intermediate plate
^ Must be located on dowel sleeves
^ Do not damage/bend when assembling

10 - Sealing flange
^ Only replace complete
^ Before removing, remove flywheel or drive plate and oil pan
^ Use protective sleeve supplied when installing
^ Before installing, remove oil residue from crankshaft journal using a clean cloth
^ Do not additionally oil or grease oil seal sealing lip
^ Remove protective sleeve first after sealing flange has been slid onto crankshaft journal

Installation position of intermediate plate
- Fit intermediate plate onto sealing flange and slide onto dowel sleeves - arrows -.

Engine codes BDC, BGD

1 - 90 Nm plus 1/4 turn (90°)
^ Replace
^ Threads and shoulder must be free of oil and grease.
^ Use counter support 3415 to loosen and tighten

2 - Crankshaft toothed belt pulley

4 - Seal
^ For crankshaft - belt pulley end

5 - Sealing flange - belt pulley end
^ Must be located on dowel sleeves
^ Remove oil pan in order to remove and install.

6 - Cylinder block

^ Replace

8 - Flywheel/drive plate
^ To remove and install flywheel counterhold with 3067

9 - Intermediate plate
^ Must be located on dowel sleeves

10 - Sealing flange - transmission end
^ Only replace complete
^ Before removing, remove flywheel or drive plate and oil pan
^ Use protective sleeve supplied when installing
