NOTE: Various bolts are used to secure door hinges. 2 socket wrench inserts are available for this. For this, re is Box spanner 3320/2 (only Emden production) and. Box spanner 3320/2







- Remove lower A-pillar trim - 5 -.
- Remove boot - 3 - from A-pillar. Thread electrical wires out through opening - arrow - from pillar.
- Remove cover cap - 1 - and Remove set screw - 2 - from upper hinge.

Tightening torque: 23 Nm.

- Remove lower bolt - 4 - from hinge.

Tightening torque: 20 Nm + 1/4 turn. (90°).

NOTE: This bolt must always be replaced.

- Lift out door upward from angle hinge.
