1 - Radiator
^ After replacing replace entire amount of coolant
^ With ATF cooler on vehicles with automatic transmission

2 - Securing pin

3 - Securing rubber
^ Replace if damaged

4 - O-ring

5 - Upper coolant hose
^ Ensure seated tightly
^ Secured to radiator with a retaining clip
^ Coolant hose connection diagram

6 - Coolant fan -V7-

7 - Fan ring
^ Is clipped into intake air elbow and secured with bolt

8 - Mounting bolt

9 - 10 Nm

10 - 2-pin connector

11 - Rubber washer

12 - Coolant Fan Control (FC) Thermal Switch -F18-, 35 Nm
^ For electric fan
^ Switch temperatures:
- 1st stage on: 92 - 97° C 1st stage off: 84 - 91° C 2nd stage on: 99 - 105° C 2nd stage off: 91 - 98° C

13 - Connector
^ Black, 3-pin
^ For Coolant fan -V7-

14 - Seal

15 - Seal

16 - Plug

17 - Lower coolant hose
^ Ensure seated tightly
^ Secured to radiator with a retaining clip

18 - Drain plug, 10 Nm
