Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

Drip tray V.A.G. 1306:

Torque wrench 550 Nm V.A.G. 1331:

^ Place drip tray V.A.G. 1306 underneath.





^ Unscrew sealing plug for checking transmission fluid - arrow -.

The oil level is correct when the rear final drive is filled to the lower edge of the filler hole.

Transmission oil specification.
^ Top off oil to lower edge of filler hole.
^ Screw in sealing plug - arrow -.
