Front Sealing Flange and Coolant Pump Cover Bolt Tightening Sequence and Specification





- Tighten the bolts - 1 through 17 - in the sequence shown to 8 Nm.

Control Housing Bolt Tightening Sequence and Specification





- Tighten the bolts - 1 through 18 - in the sequence shown to 20 Nm.

Bearing Bracket Bolt Tightening Sequence and Specification





- Tighten the bearing bracket bolts - 1 through 13 - in three passes in the sequence shown as follows (- arrow - points in driving direction).

- First pass, tighten the bolts to 35 Nm

- Second pass, tighten the bolts to 65 Nm

- Final pass, tighten and additional 180 degrees
