High Pressure Pump, Assembly Overview







1 - Lifter
2 - O-ring
- Replace
- Lightly lubricate O-rings with clean engine oil before installing
3 - High pressure pump with Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve N276
4 - 10 Nm
5 - Union nut
- 25 Nm
- Install fuel line free of stress.
6 - High pressure line
- Follow safety measures for releasing fuel pressure in high pressure area.
7 - Banjo bolt with conical seal seat
- 17 Nm
- Replace
- Install fuel line free of stress.
- Counter hold on high pressure pump when loosening connection.
8 - Fuel line
- Low pressure
9 - Seal
- Replace
10 - Low Fuel Pressure Sensor G410
- 15 Nm
