Transmission, Transporting and Securing to Assembly Stand

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

• Engine Sling (2024 A)

• Shackle (10-222A/12)

• Transmission Support Jig (3336)

Always secure heavy parts when transporting.

Remember there is oil in the transmission. Do not turn the transmission with the vents facing downward when transporting or when it is on the assembly stand. The oil will leak out.

- Use appropriate lifting tools, for example part of (2024 A) and (10 - 222A/12) (not in illustration).

The transmission can also be lifted with the (3336).





Example: secure the transmission on the assembly stand.
