1. Oil supply line
- From oil filter bracket
- Before installing, fill turbocharger with oil at connection of oil supply line
2. Union nut, 22 Nm
3. 22 Nm
4. Connecting piece, 30 Nm
- Always replace
- Coat threads and bolt head contact surface with G 052 112 A3
5. 10 Nm
6. Banjo fitting, 25 Nm
7. Seal
- Always replace
8. Intake manifold
9. Gasket
- Always replace
- Note installed position
10. Washer
11. 25 Nm
- Always replace
12. Brace
- Between turbocharger and cylinder block
13. 40 Nm
- First tighten all bolts hand-tight
14. Connection tube
- Air filter/turbocharger
15. Transition piece
16. Turbocharger
- Replace as complete unit with exhaust manifold only
- To remove the exhaust turbocharger, remove right driveshaft at transmission:
17. Gasket
- Always replace
18. Connecting piece, 40 Nm
19. Oil return line
- To cylinder block
20. 17 Nm
21. Connector
- For Turbocharger (TC) Vane Position Sensor -G500-
22. Vacuum hose To Wastegate Bypass Regulator Valve -N75-
23. 20 Nm
- First tighten all bolts hand-tight
24. 20 Nm
- Always replace
25. Heat shield
26. Front exhaust pipe
27. Bracket
- For oil supply line, item 1
- Secure oil supply line before installing
28. 22 Nm
- Always replace
29. Connection tube
- To cooler for exhaust gas recirculation
30. Connection tube
- From cooler for Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR)
